Magnetic Components
Magnetic components consist of wire or foil wound either onto a core, bobbin or mandrel (for air cored inductors) and may or may not have insulation.

Bobbins
Bobbins
Bobbin wound electronic transformers refers to a type (or method) of construction. Toroidal coils are wound directly onto a toroidal core. The core may be coated or boxed to insulate it form the coil windings. In contrast, bobbin wound electronic transformer coils are wound independently of the core.

Ferrite Cores
Ferrite Cores
Ferrites that are used in transformer or electromagnetic cores contain iron oxides combined with nickel, zinc, and/or manganese compounds. They have a low coercivity and are called "soft ferrites" to distinguish them from "hard ferrites", which have a high coercivity and are used to make ferrite magnets.

Magnetic Wires
Magnetic Wires
magnet wire is composed of fully annealed, electrolytically refined copper to allow closer winding when making electromagnetic coils

Insulation Sleeves
Insulation Sleeves
Fire sleeve, also known as high temperature resistance sleeve . It is made of special non-alkali glass fiber yarn woven into a hose and coated with silicone resin outside.
